K Explore the environment; especially the classroom school building and yard using five senses and observation. Explore how our bodies use energy. Investigate good energy sources to sustain our body.
1 Sort and classify materials based on characteristics. Compare and contrast recyclable and non-recyclable materials. Discover how the sun influences daily life. Examine the sun as a major energy source for humans. Discover importance of sunlight and warmth in plant growth. Explore the role of seasons on the life cycles of plants.
